SAP S/4HANA PMMO/GPD Subject Matter Expert
We're seeking a senior SAP S/4HANA PMMO/GPD Subject Matter Expert to support an S/4HANA program for a US-based manufacturing client operating in a regulated government-contracting environment. In this client-facing role, you'll design and implement Grouping, Pegging & Distribution (GPD) and Project Manufacturing Management and Optimization (PMMO) solutions for complex, project-based manufacturing. You'll serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders from design through deployment.
Responsibilities
What you'll do
- Design and implement GPD and PMMO solutions for complex, project-based manufacturing
- Define grouping strategies and material cost flows that support contract-level cost accountability
- Integrate Plan-to-Perform processes with PMMO, Project System (PS), and FI/CO
- Support financial planning and performance management for manufacturing programs
- Integrate SAP and non-SAP data sources
- Serve as a trusted advisor to client stakeholders from design through deployment
Required qualifications
What we're looking for
- 10+ years of SAP FI/CO experience, with a focus on material costing
- Hands-on design experience with PMMO and/or GPD
- Strong S/4HANA Project System (PS) knowledge
- Experience working in FAR-regulated environments
- Senior-level client-facing consulting and communication skills
Preferred qualifications
Nice to have
- Knowledge of Cost Accounting Standards (CAS) and DCAA requirements
- SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) / FP&A experience
- Dassian PACE/MPIA experience
